Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive governance framework for the responsible and ethical use of generative AI (Gen-AI) technologies within DBS Bank's operations and service offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and address potential risks, biases, and ethical concerns associated with the deployment of Gen-AI
  • Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure the alignment of Gen-AI applications with DBS Bank's values, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business units on the appropriate use of Gen-AI, including the development of use cases, model validation, and ongoing monitoring
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of training programs to enhance AI literacy and prompt engineering skills among relevant stakeholders within the bank
  • Represent DBS Bank in industry forums and regulatory discussions related to Gen-AI governance, contributing to the development of industry standards and best practices
  • Continuously monitor the evolving landscape of Gen-AI technologies, regulations, and industry trends, and adapt the bank's governance framework accordingly
Requirements
