Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Generalist. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating training, supporting performance management, and managing ad-hoc projects. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business, with preferred experience in training and payroll. Strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Prefer experience in training and payroll capacity.
  • ACTA qualifications or other training certifications would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Logistics/Forwarding would be an added advantage.
  • Possess sound knowledge of employment act and statutory guideline.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and coordinate training with stakeholders.
  • Preparation and facilitation of various company training programs.
  • Work with partners to design training programmes.
  • Support performance management and appraisal.
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects/tasks delegated.
