The candidate will provide level 2 support for the core banking system of the bank.
The application includes modules related to accounting, back office transactions, payments, risks, and reporting for local regulators or the Head Office in Paris.
The candidate will be involved in customization, integration testing phases, and documenting solutions, with a focus on integrating the Real-Time Payments System, Products, and ensuring adherence to bank policies.
Main responsibilities include understanding requirements in close interaction with project stakeholders, collaborating with technical IT specialists, and ensuring the integration of the new tool with the existing enterprise application ecosystem of the bank.
Contribute to analyzing, resolving, and providing technical support, maintain high standards of delivery quality, participate in technical discussions, and propose solutions based on industry best practices.
Prepare and maintain support documentation including process flows, user stories, functional test cases, and integration tests.
Technical knowledge required includes UNIX servers and applications built on JAVA/J2EE in a Unix environment, Windows servers and applications management in Windows environment, understanding of relational database systems like Sybase, Oracle, and MSSQL, knowledge of messaging systems such as WebSphere MQ, and good understanding of DevOps with experience in configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
