IT Engineer (Technical, Pre Sales , Project Management)

We are looking for a motivated candidte who is eager to progress their career in both the technical and commercial aspects of IT. This hybrid role offers exposure to technical solutioning, customer engagement, and the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and enjoys interacting with people to provide the right IT solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities(70%):

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems (hardware, software, networks, etc.)

• Support senior engineers in deploying and maintaining customer infrastructure

• Conduct product testing, evaluations, and documentation of technical findings

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices

Sales & Pre-Sales Responsibilities (20%):

• Understand client needs and translate them into suitable technical solutions

• Participate in pre-sales activities including product demos, proposal preparation, and presentations

• Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and solution pitching

• Assist in building technical documentation and proposals for client submissions

Project Management Responsibilities (10%):

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects

• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations

• Assist in documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders

• Ensure project tasks are tracked and followed through completion

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Strong interest in both technical and sales aspects of IT

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and Cloud Computing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow in a hybrid technical-sales role

• Has completed IT-related Internship or project experience in IT support, Cloud, or tech sales is a plus

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
