The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is designed to provide early-career professionals with immersive, real-world experience in the fast-paced Web3 and blockchain industry. The program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects at one of the world’s leading crypto organizations.
You will join the Central Product Team, which drives user-centric innovation and builds scalable solutions for Binance’s global platform. The team focuses on enhancing content experiences, operational efficiency, and user engagement across Binance’s products.
- Support the product team in optimizing content recommendation algorithms
- Contribute feedback on personalized feeds, trending content, and user interaction features
- Work with data to analyze user behavior and content engagement metrics
- Help draft product specifications, documentation, and experiment plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and analysts on feature development
- Year 3/4 student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with global teams
- Demonstrated interest in recommendation systems, content platforms, or personalization algorithms
- Comfortable analyzing data and deriving actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Bonus: Internship or academic experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
