Venture Debt VP, Asia Pacific – Innovation Economy
Job summary
A leading global bank in Singapore is seeking a Vice President to manage and execute venture debt transactions for the Innovation Economy team across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in a structuring or credit risk role, with skills in business evaluation and financial modelling. This role is critical for developing banking solutions for innovative businesses, offering significant responsibility and exposure across the region in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in a structuring, execution or credit risk role at a major global bank or private debt investment fund.
- Experience in evaluating and structuring credit products for pre-profitable technology companies.
- Strong analytical skills related to business evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with bankers, Credit Risk, and Legal on venture debt portfolio.
- Lead evaluation of venture debt opportunities across Asia Pacific.
- Coordinate with global counterparts on transactions and solutions.
