Job description
Regional FP&A Manager – APAC

Location: Singapore

Industry: Data Centre / Digital Infrastructure

Be part of a global organisation powering the digital economy. This is a first-of-its-kind hire for Asia, as the company positions APAC for rapid expansion. With new sites on the horizon and ambitious growth plans, this is an opportunity to shape financial strategy in a mission-critical industry that is transforming the way businesses connect and scale.

We are seeking a commercially astute, confident, and collaborative Regional FP&A Manager to lead performance reporting, strategic planning, and business partnering across two critical APAC sites. This is a high-impact role that works closely with senior leadership in Asia and the UK and plays a key part in shaping strategic initiatives that will define the region’s future.

The culture is dynamic and forward-thinking, with career development and collaboration at its core. This position calls for a self-starter with strong boardroom presence, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence decisions at the highest level.

What you will be driving
  • Partner with Site Managing Directors and cross-functional leadership teams to embed a forward-looking, high-performance culture. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights that influence strategic decisions and help shape the commercial direction of two critical APAC sites.
  • Take ownership of site-level forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. This includes developing plans that are ambitious yet achievable, underpinned by robust assumptions, and fully aligned with Group objectives. Your ability to anticipate risks and opportunities will be key to ensuring financial resilience and supporting growth.
  • Build a deep understanding of revenue streams, including service fees and power contracts. You will analyse performance drivers and partner with commercial teams to support negotiations and renewals, ensuring terms drive profitability and align with business KPIs.
  • Prepare compelling business cases for capital investments and work closely with project delivery teams to track cash flows and optimise returns on investment. You will play a critical role in evaluating funding requirements for expansion projects and ensuring timely deployment of capital expenditure.
  • Oversee short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting, ensuring funding needs are clearly communicated to Group Finance. You will also provide visibility on debtor positions and work with site leadership to drive timely collections, safeguarding financial stability.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and analysis that goes beyond numbers. Your role is to translate financial data into actionable recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making at both site and Group level. This includes identifying performance drivers, tracking key financial metrics, and influencing leadership to take decisive action.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the business. From site redevelopments to new market entries and joint venture opportunities, you will help define the financial framework for expansion across Asia Pacific. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution will be essential in driving success in this fast‑evolving environment.
What we are looking for
  • A highly accomplished finance leader with strong regional exposure and a proven track record in FP&A or business partnering within complex, multi-entity environments. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings and have the confidence to influence decisions at the most senior levels.
  • A Chartered or Certified Accountant with exceptional technical expertise and commercial acumen. Your credentials give you the authority to lead strategic conversations and shape financial outcomes that drive business success.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing full P&L responsibility and monitoring cash flows, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that deliver measurable impact on performance and profitability.
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong personality and presence in the boardroom. You are confident in challenging assumptions, influencing stakeholders, and leading discussions that drive transformation and growth.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and tactical spaces, with a mindset geared toward innovation and continuous improvement. You will champion standardisation, automation, and operational efficiency at scale, while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • This is a role for someone who combines technical excellence with leadership presence and a passion for shaping the future of a business that is on an exciting growth trajectory.
Why this role is exciting

This is your chance to join one of the world’s most respected organisations, renowned for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and people. You will be part of a culture that combines high performance with genuine care for its employees, creating an environment where collaboration, growth, and transformation thrive.

Expect high visibility and the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. You will have a platform to influence decisions that matter, drive meaningful change, and make a tangible impact on a business that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure globally.

If you are ready to bring confidence, vision, and leadership to a role that offers challenge, reward, and the chance to leave a lasting legacy, this is the opportunity to make your mark.
