Responsibilities:

• Work with fund or security issuers on subscription and redemption processes.
• Coordinate entitlement distributions and capital calls with issuers.
• Collaborate with service providers or IRAS on withholding tax calculations, e-filing, and payments.
• Monitor distribution payouts from underlying assets or funds.
• Perform account reconciliations and report to issuers and regulators.
• Set up issuer fee schedules and follow up on fee payments for security token issuances.
• Maintain promotional campaigns on the ADDX platform.
• Document end-to-end operational processes in SOPs.
• Assist with projects as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance systems and processes for increasing volume or new requirements.
