Location: Singapore (Remote, but in-person participation required throughout the year)

Salary Range: SGD $185,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the Role:

You’ll be joining Coinbase’s rapidly expanding Derivatives Sales Team, focused on building and managing relationships with high-volume crypto traders (VIPs) primarily across the APAC region. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive adoption of Coinbase Advanced offerings, particularly derivatives.

  • Promote Coinbase Advanced (Derivatives) to VIP clients across APAC
  • Support senior sales team members with account coverage, lead generation, and inbound client inquiries
  • Help build and execute regional & international sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM and support processes
  • Represent Coinbase at APAC events, conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, and organize client engagement events
  • 3+ years in sales, account management, biz dev, or sales & trading — ideally at a tier-1 investment bank or crypto exchange
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Existing VIP client relationships in crypto derivatives or traditional finance
  • Strong understanding of derivatives markets & solutions
  • High energy, adaptability, and a willingness to own multiple business functions
  • Able to travel up to 30% when safe to do so
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Experience with hedge funds, fintech, prime brokerage, asset management
  • Connections to HNWIs or UHNWIs in Asia
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages
