Job summary

A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the FX desk and perform daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of accounting experience. Key responsibilities include liaising with banks, managing trust transfers, cash book entries, and reconciliations. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Able to manage FX desk.
  • To liaise with banks on execution of FX.
  • Managing daily trust transfers.
  • Manage daily inter account transfers.
  • Monthly cash book entries.
  • Monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
