Candidates will need a degree in relevant engineering fields and have 5-8 years of experience in building design or construction supervision. Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of experience in building design or construction supervision is preferred.
- Registered architects or professional engineers will have an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
Responsabilités
- Administering building regulations to ensure compliance.
- Approving submissions on building plans for safety and sustainability.
- Reviewing and developing strategies related to building control.
- Studying data trends to shape policy directions.
- Investigating violations of the Building Control Act.
