Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and manufacture automated laser process machines with high precision. The role involves managing all aspects of the project cycle, from design to completion, and requires at least 5 years of experience in high-speed machine design. Proficiency in 3D CAD, particularly SolidWorks, and fluency in English and Mandarin are essential. This position involves overseas travel and close collaboration with various teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in design and development of automated machines.
  • Strong foundation in high precision, high speed machine design.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop machines to meet system, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Prepare and review fabrication and assembly drawings.
  • Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
