The role involves business development, understanding client needs, and managing the recruitment process. As a headhunter, your role is to work with clients (employers) in a management capacity and experienced candidates (job-seekers) to ensure that there is a proper career fit. You will get the opportunity to advice international companies in their human resource strategies and to build working partnerships with their senior management. In addition to knowing the recruitment needs of our clients, it is important for an experienced headhunter to gain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and work culture.
