A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to assist in the daily operations of a food atrium. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Food & Beverage Management or related fields, be customer-focused, and able to handle cash efficiently. This role requires working 6-day rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Competenze
- Able to handle cash and perform audits.
- Well-groomed and customer-focused.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Mansioni
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations.
- Handle tenant, customer, and staff enquiries.
- Conduct hygiene inspections and cash audits.
- Coordinate food delivery orders.

- Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the food atrium
- Handle tenant, customer, and staff enquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct hygiene inspections, inventory checks, and cash audits regularly
- Coordinate food delivery orders and maintain visual and grooming standards
- Support process improvements and liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
- Well-groomed, friendly, and customer-focused with strong teamwork skills.
- Able to handle cash, perform audits, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 6-day rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and across outlets.
