Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Technology Roadmap and innovation ecosystem: Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize and implement the Technology Roadmap, while fostering partnerships with innovation and technology providers.

• Identify process pain points through data analysis and stakeholder engagement: Utilize data-driven insights and engage with manufacturing stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within factory processes.

• Implement technology pilots for continuous improvement: Design and execute technology pilots to address identified pain points, leveraging innovative solutions to drive ongoing process enhancements.

• Facilitate solution development workshops and manage project implementation: Lead brainstorming sessions to develop practical solutions and provide project management support to ensure successful implementation of identified improvements.

• Monitor performance post-deployment and ensure smooth handover: Track performance metrics following solution implementation and facilitate seamless integration of improvements into day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or relevant field: Possess a foundational understanding of information technology or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years experience in consulting or process innovation: Demonstrate expertise in consulting or process innovation roles, with a track record of driving impactful change within organizations.

• Proficiency in process innovation consulting and IT/OT system development: Have the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively assess and improve processes, as well as to develop and implement technological solutions.

• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry: Possess insights into the unique challenges and opportunities present within manufacturing environments.

• Technical skills in data analysis or BI implementation: Ability to analyze data effectively and/or implement business intelligence solutions to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
