Job Responsibilities:-
Perform cost analysis and identify improvement opportunities to enhance overall margin.
Analyze monthly financial variances (actual vs budget).
Manage budgets and provide variance analysis for cost-related issues.
Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including financial statements, balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.
Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for compliance.
Participate in month-end closing, management reporting and presentations.
Prepare Bi-monthly SST and LMW (Malaysia import/export) reports.
Ensure timely submission of Malaysia E-invoices.
Assist in quarterly internal and external audits.
Lead and drive automation and process transformation projects while continuously improving processes and policies.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:-
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in SAP with excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting and manufacturing processes.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing abilities at all levels of the organization.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to lead, coach and motivate a team within a matrix organization.
