A leading accounting firm in Singapore is looking for a cost accountant to drive financial performance through detailed costing analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate holds an Accountancy degree and has at least 3 years of experience in cost accounting, ideally within manufacturing. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential. This role involves working closely with business partners and finance teams, ensuring timely reporting and budget preparation.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing workflows.
  • Proficiency in SAP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct costing analysis to improve profit margins.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs monthly.
  • Generate reports on product costing and profitability.
