IET PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated youth support worker to provide emotional and behavioural assistance to students aged 12-18 within school settings.

You will foster well-being and positive learning experiences. You will build trusting relationships, mentor students, and help them engage through targeted programmes while maintaining professional boundaries and timely documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook is required to manage communications and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, Youth Work, or related Social Science preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with youths aged 12-18 in schools, residential homes, or community centres preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and student engagement skills.
• Patient and empathetic approach while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Provide emotional and behavioural support to students aged 12-18.
• Build positive relationships to mentor and support students.
• Facilitate engagement programmes and group activities for inclusion.
• Apply de-escalation strategies during challenging situations.
• Monitor progress and report concerns to school personnel.
• Use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook for communications and documentation.
