You will organize after-school and holiday activities, supervise sessions, mentor identified students, prepare materials, and coordinate with teachers to monitor progress, maintaining records and producing

Qualifications

Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with youths.

Responsibilities

Plan and organise UPLIFT student engagement programmes, including after-school and holiday activities, to enhance youth development.
Supervise students during activities to promote positive behaviour, peer relationships, and social-emotional growth.
Mentor identified students by setting goals, providing academic support, and facilitating social-emotional learning activities.
Prepare programme materials and monitor student participation to ensure effective engagement.
Coordinate follow-up support with teachers to address student needs and progress.
Maintain accurate programme records, collect student feedback, and prepare evaluation reports to improve future activities.
Collaborate effectively with teachers to support students’ holistic development.
