Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Student Management Officer for an 8-week contract with an immediate start. The role involves supervising student conduct, patrolling the school environment, and supporting at‑risk youths in collaboration with the leadership team.

Candidates should have a background as a uniformed service officer and at least 3 years’ experience in relevant youth settings, with strong communication and mentoring skills to promote a safe, positive school atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Former uniformed service officer (e.g. Police Force, Singapore Prison Service).
• At least 3 years’ experience working with at‑risk youths in educational, community or correctional settings preferred.
• Experience in investigations, student discipline and behaviour management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Passionate about mentoring and supporting youths.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage student discipline-related incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain case documentation.
• Support behaviour management and restorative practices.
• Supervise recess detention, late-coming and dismissal operations.
• Conduct school and nearby-area patrols to monitor student behaviour.
• Work with the Student Management Team and School Leaders to support at‑risk students.
• Promote a safe, positive and conducive school environment.
