Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Student Discipline Support Officer for a 9.5-month contract (Jan–Nov 2027, excluding June). The role involves promoting positive discipline, supporting students, and documenting disciplinary records.

Working hours are Mon–Thu 7:00am–4:30pm and Fri 7:00am–4:00pm with 1-hour lunch; no weekends or public holidays. You will conduct patrols, assist investigations, and collaborate with staff on behavioural matters.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent; alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in disciplinary management or student support preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, meticulous and able to multitask.
• Proficient in MS Office, email and Google Workspace.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support positive discipline practices.
• Conduct routine patrols and engage students requiring support.
• Assist with disciplinary investigations and parent engagement where required.
• Maintain physical and digital disciplinary records.
• Support student intervention programmes and activities.
• Conduct routine checks within and around the premises.
• Work with relevant staff on student discipline and behavioural matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
