Qualifications

• Experience in student discipline, case handling, or behavioural support preferred.
• Background in counselling, social work, or restorative practices is an advantage.
• Calm and professional demeanor in managing challenging behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations and fact-finding on student incidents.
• Conduct interviews with students, staff, and witnesses.
• Prepare structured incident reports for school leaders.
• Support follow-up actions and communicate outcomes.
