Job summary

Halogen (Singapore) is seeking a Consultant to join our Solutions team, responsible for managing partner relationships and co-creating youth development solutions with schools, social service agencies and volunteers. You will report directly to the Head Consultant and work across diverse stakeholders.

The role focuses on consulting, programme development, training workshops, data-driven impact storytelling, and expanding our service offerings to reach more youths in Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years experience managing education programmes.
• Passionate about youth development and building Singapore's future.
• Energetic and dynamic, able to engage diverse audiences from youths to leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Meticulous and goal-oriented with strong relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Consult for and manage programmes, providing customised solutions for schools, partners and Social Service Agencies that serve youth.
• Develop a growth strategy for our programmes, through identifying new opportunities and understanding needs of our partners.
• Lead training workshops, facilitating programmes directly with school teachers, adult volunteers, and youth beneficiaries.
• Utilise qualitative and quantitative data for feedback, impact measurement and storytelling.
• Diversify the organisation’s solution offerings by conceptualising and getting these programmes into the hands of our end users.
