Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver Job Tasters, workshops and experiential learning programmes.
• Translate workplace experiences into learning opportunities for youths.
• Plan programme structures, learning activities and participant journeys.
• Collaborate with Events team to oversee programme delivery from planning to execution.
• Gather feedback from participants and partners to improve programme quality.
• Develop playbooks, templates and SOPs to standardise and scale delivery.
• Coordinate with employers, schools and community partners during planning and delivery.
• Manage programme timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Build strong relationships with partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
