Job summary

Halogen Foundation (Singapore) is seeking a Senior Fundraising Executive to join our full-time team. You will drive digital fundraising initiatives, coordinate donor events, and craft compelling donor communications to expand our support network.

You will manage CRM records, research new funding opportunities, and assist with grant applications, enabling growth of programmes for youth development across Singapore and the region.

Qualifications

• 3 years of fundraising experience with a digital edge.
• 3-5 years in a digital marketing role, events management or fundraising.
• Strong understanding of online and physical communities to forge partnerships.
• Passionate about youth development and our agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Meticulous and detail oriented, juggling multiple processes.
• Excellent teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strategic and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical rollout of fundraising initiatives (digital crowdfunding, direct mail, seasonal campaigns).
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and donor hospitality.
• Draft donor-centric content with Communications team (newsletters, impact snapshots).
• Serve as primary contact for mid-level donors and corporate partners.
• Manage the donor CRM, ensuring PDPA compliance and data accuracy.
• Research potential corporate partners and foundations for briefing notes.
• Support drafting of grant applications and partnership proposals.
