HALOGEN FOUNDATION (SINGAPORE) seeks a Consultant to join the Solutions team and partner with schools, partners and SSAs to design youth development solutions. You will manage programmes, lead training workshops, and drive growth by identifying new opportunities aligned with stakeholders' needs.

The role emphasizes data‑driven impact measurement, diverse stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with fundraising to secure resources for programmes.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience managing education programmes.
• Passionate about youth development and Singapore's future.
• Energetic, engaging with diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and goal‑oriented in building relationships.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced learning environment.
• Strategic, data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Consult for and manage programmes, delivering customised solutions for schools, partners and SSAs.
• Develop growth strategy by identifying opportunities and partner needs.
• Lead training workshops with teachers, volunteers and youths.
• Use qualitative/quantitative data for feedback and impact storytelling.
• Expand programme offerings and facilitate end‑user delivery.
