Job summary

World Vision Singapore invites an Executive/Senior Executive to join the Youth Engagement Team, driving educational activities and flagship events for youth ages 13-25. The role involves partnerships, service-learning projects, and grant research to fund youth programmes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in education or youth sectors in Singapore, and strong English communication skills. Hybrid engagement and cross‑functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of work experience in education and/or youth sectors in Singapore.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams from concept to fruition.
• Experience organizing and driving registration for events (in-person/online/hybrid).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Patient, meticulous, and professional in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Planning, execution, and evaluation of educational activities, events, and campaigns for youth aged 13-25 (e.g., 30 Hour Famine, Youth For Change Conference).
• Managing strategic partnerships with education, youth, and social service sectors in Singapore to advance collaboration.
• Coordinating in-person and online service-learning projects; leading service-learning trips abroad when possible; mentoring online projects.
• Creative copywriting for communications assets and writing articles/advertorials for media outlets.
• Researching funding landscape and preparing grant applications to support youth programmes; supporting partnerships with churches and faith networks.
