Job summary

=DREAMS (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a Programme Executive to deliver our academic and Future of Work programmes for scholars and to run the programme operations behind them. The role offers breadth across the scholarship journey, including academic support, FoW exposure, scholar engagement, partner coordination, and impact evaluation.

You will work with Senior Executives, mentors and volunteers to plan, coordinate venues, and manage day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• About 2 years' experience in programme facilitation, design and evaluation, preferably with youth from lower-income communities.
• Strong planning, coordination and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and design academic and FoW activities with the Senior Executive.
• Plan programmes, timelines, calendars and tutor coordination.
• Implement and monitor academic and FoW offerings and flagship events.
• Collect feedback and support impact evaluation.
• Administer budgets, procurement, records, safeguarding and governance.
