Job summary

Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) seeks an Operations Co-ordinator to support STEP programme delivery across 27 centres. You will coordinate enrolment, curriculum delivery, tutor deployment, attendance, and assessments, while driving data-informed improvements.

Using systems thinking and AI-enabled tools, you will monitor KPIs, identify risks early, and enable governance-aligned execution to enhance student outcomes and operational efficiency. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline and 3–5 years experience in programme coordination or operations
• Experience in a non-profit or education setting is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Singapore education landscape
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day STEP operations across 27 centres
• Coordinate enrolment, curriculum delivery, tutor deployment, attendance and assessments
• Organise centre activities and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Monitor programme performance, track KPIs and address operational issues
• Lead governance and process improvements using data-informed insights
• Support data collection, quality and governance standards
