Job summary

SINDA is seeking a Contract Position staff to plan and coordinate youth leadership and empowerment initiatives aligned with the division’s priorities. You will oversee programmes from design to delivery, manage operations and documentation, and engage a broad network of schools and partners.

The role emphasizes collaboration, effective communication, and timely reporting, with opportunities to contribute to wellness and community engagement initiatives within SINDA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Business, Social Sciences, or Information Systems).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement focused programmes to empower youth with resources.
• Coordinate with schools, institutes, and NGOs, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder feedback.
• Support leadership, wellness, engagement, and community-building initiatives per organisational priorities.
• Coordinate operations, logistics, events, volunteer engagement, and admin processes.
