Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Fab Engineer to join a team of process and equipment engineers.

You will start up, develop, and optimize semiconductor processes to improve product quality and reliability, driving yield improvements and cost reduction while managing risks. You will lead and participate in cross-functional efforts, utilize DOE/SPC for data-driven decisions, and collaborate with multiple groups to resolve process-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and yield improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Startup and sustain high-volume product yield/product grade improvements.
• Lead yield and product-grade enhancement with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis and present results to stakeholders.
• Design and execute DOE to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with fab process/integration groups to resolve defects affecting yield.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
