Responsibilities

• Investigate and solve complex yield, quality, and technology challenges using advanced analytical methods.
• Perform fault isolation and failure characterization to identify failure mechanisms.
• Apply semiconductor device physics and manufacturing process knowledge to determine root causes.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Design, Yield Enhancement, Process Engineering, and R&D teams.
• Develop innovative analytical methodologies to address emerging challenges.
• Support technology introduction, yield ramp, and high-volume manufacturing with insights.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance analytical capability, cycle time, and productivity.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
