Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field as listed in requirements.
Experience in semiconductor industry or related field is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to communicate to all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead new product startup and sustain high-volume product yield improvements.
Drive yield/product-grade enhancement with monitoring and performance-to-plan.
Perform data analysis and present results to cross-functional teams.
Design and run DOE to drive improvement activities.
Coordinate cross-functional taskforces to mitigate yield loss and create improvement roadmaps.
Communicate strategy and decisions based on data and results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with wafer fab teams to address yield-affecting defects.
Work with various sections to resolve process/device/test issues.
Incorporate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness.
Promote continuous improvement and AI-enabled enhancements within scope.
