Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Fab Engineer to join a team of process and equipment engineers.

You will startup, develop and optimize semiconductor processes, improve product quality and reliability, and lead yield improvement, cost reduction, and risk management initiatives. You will apply failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methods, coordinate process and material evaluations, and drive IPP goals and productivity improvements in a data-driven environment.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally.
• Knowledge on data analytics and programming; AI Prompt/Skills/Agent is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cost and/or Max Out goals and align with corporate business goals.
• Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate goals.
• Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resources.
• Manage core methodologies and tools for business processes including reporting.
• Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports.
• Engage stakeholders and leadership to assess program strengths and improvements.
