Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.

• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing performance through systematic variability reduction in assembly and test.
• Use statistical analysis and data analytics to identify yield improvement opportunities.
• Analyze inline, alarm, electrical test and experimental data to enable yield, quality and reliability gains.
• Identify yield sensitivities and support corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve processing and design challenges.
• Develop Pareto analyses of yield and quality limiters to drive actions.
• Present data and recommendations clearly to meet project timelines.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
