Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade Executive / Senior Executive for Yield & Capacity Management. Based at Temasek Avenue, this role supports service allocation, yield optimisation, slot management and market analysis.
The position requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Shipping, 2–3 years container shipping experience, strong analytical skills and good teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of container shipping experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités
- Manage assigned services and prepare voyage-based allocations.
- Optimise TEU and tonnage utilisation to maximise profitability.
- Support slot control activities, including slot purchases and sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports.
- Analyse market trends, competitor rates and cargo patterns.
- Support Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) based on costs, margins and market conditions.
- Coordinate pricing alignment with internal stakeholders.
