SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is recruiting a Trade Executive / Senior Executive – Yield & Capacity Management for a role based at Temasek Avenue, Singapore. The position supports service allocation, yield optimisation, slot management and market analysis to maximise profitability.

Responsibilities include managing assigned services and voyage-based allocations, optimising TEU and tonnage usage, supporting slot control activities, and preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics/Shipping or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned services and prepare voyage-based allocations.
• Optimise TEU and tonnage utilisation to maximise profitability.
• Support slot control activities, including slot purchases and sales.
• Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports.
• Analyse market trends, competitor rates and cargo patterns.
• Support Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) based on costs and market conditions.
• Coordinate pricing alignment with internal stakeholders.
