Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade Executive / Senior Executive – Yield & Capacity Management in Singapore. The role focuses on service allocation, yield optimisation, and market analysis to maximise profitability.

The position requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field with 2–3 years of container shipping experience, strong analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Office. Permanent, on-site work with standard hours.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of container shipping experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned services and prepare voyage-based allocations.
Optimise TEU and tonnage utilisation to maximise profitability.
Support slot control activities, including slot purchases and sales.
Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports.
Analyse market trends, competitor rates and cargo patterns.
Support Minimum Rate Guidelines (MRG) based on costs, margins and market conditions.
Coordinate pricing alignment with internal stakeholders.
