Job summary

The Ministry of Manpower in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to lead a dynamic team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to advance technology-enabled workforce safety and productivity efforts.

You will translate MOM challenges into actionable technology plans, identify high-impact solutions, and drive adoption through targeted programmes, events, and regulatory mechanisms, while monitoring outcomes and refining strategies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project and multi-stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with partners from problem identification to prototyping and commercialization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in data science and AI is an added advantage.
• Interest in technology solutions; PwDs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify market-ready technologies with the highest impact on MOM issues.
• Drive industry awareness and adoption through targeted programmes, events, and regulatory mechanisms.
• Support development, testing, and commercialization of innovative MOM technology solutions.
• Monitor technology adoption rates and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and initiatives.
