SAVILLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a WSH Manager to develop and maintain the organization's Workplace Safety and Health systems in Singapore, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations and industry best practices.

You will drive a strong safety culture, investigate incidents, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to promote a safe work environment for employees and partners. A robust leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO with MOM Singapore.
• Fire Safety Manager certification required.
• Certified Risk Management Facilitator or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years WSH experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Experience in facilities management, construction, engineering, manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workplace Safety & Health management programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and safe work procedure reviews.
• Organize WSH trainings, toolbox talks and safety campaigns to promote a safety culture.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors, clients and stakeholders on WSH matters and maintain licenses and permits.
• Evaluate contractors and vendors for safety compliance and conduct inductions.
• Lead WSH personnel, generate safety reports and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
