The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) seeks an experienced policy professional to strengthen Singapore's workforce competitiveness and human capital ecosystem. You will shape national policies, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with government agencies, industry players, and tripartite partners to transform manpower policies and workplace standards.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in policy or strategy, strong data-driven analytics, and proven stakeholder management and project leadership

Qualifications

8+ years in policy development, strategy, or related fields.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into policy.
Experience using data/research to support policy development and planning.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and PM skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Proactive, self-driven approach to solving policy challenges.

Responsabilités

Formulate and implement policies to strengthen workforce competitiveness and human capital.
Lead development and implementation of the Singapore Opportunity Index (SOI).
Analyse labour market and industry trends to inform policy development and decisions.
Develop initiatives to strengthen Singapore's HR profession and ecosystem.
Build and manage partnerships with government agencies, tripartite partners and industry stakeholders.
Lead cross-agency and multi-stakeholder projects and represent MOM in engagements.
