Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a WSH Coordinator to join their HSEQ Department, reporting to the HSEQ Manager. The role is based at Joo Koon HQ with regular travel to Tuas Avenue Factory, Bukom, Jurong Island and other sites.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Access to Bukom/Jurong Island may require security vetting; candidates should be prepared for multi-site movement and PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years' relevant experience as a WSH Coordinator or similar role.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Registered WSHC preferred.
• Work-at-Height, Confined Space, Lifting Ops or First Aid certs advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations; proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work independently and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and client safety requirements.
• Review and maintain RA, SWP, MS, and PTW documents.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Organise Toolbox Meetings, safety orientations, and safety awareness programmes.
• Monitor subcontractors' compliance with safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports; maintain records for audits.
• Support HSEQ audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and implementing HSEQ initiatives and management systems.

Our client, a well-established industrial services company in Singapore, is seeking a WSH Coordinator to join their HSEQ Department, reporting to the HSEQ Manager.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Work Location & Movement: Permanent base is Joo Koon HQ. This role requires regular travel to support operations at Tuas Avenue Factory, Bukom, and Jurong Island, as well as other sites as required. Candidates should be comfortable with cross-site travel and full PPE compliance. Please note that access to Bukom and Jurong Island typically requires security clearance/permits - candidates should be prepared to go through the necessary vetting process.
