TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environment professional to lead on-site safety activities at project sites in Singapore.
You will participate in Risk Management, conduct training sessions, and supervise daily safety operations to protect workers and maintain compliance with WSH regulations. The role requires coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and preparing monthly safety reports.
Participate actively in the project's Risk Management Team.
Conduct EHS training, safety briefings and toolbox meetings for workers.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement appropriate corrective actions for identified safety issues.
Perform daily safety inspections and maintain all relevant safety reports, records and documentation.
Prepare safety reports as required by management and project requirements.
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements.
Ensure lifting gears, lifting appliances and electrical equipment are properly inspected and that inspection records are kept up to date.
Implement and monitor applicable rules and regulations for in-house workers' dormitory.
Work closely with the WSH team, line management, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with WSH and regulatory requirements.
Assist in workplace accident and incident investigations and prepare the necessary documentation.
Prepare monthly safety reports.
Handle site-related matters, including workplace safety and other assigned responsibilities.
Perform duties in accordance with the Workplace Safety, Health and Environment Management System.
Liaise and coordinate closely with contractors on workplace safety matters.
Monitor workers' training requirements, arrange course enrolment and maintain updated training records as directed by the Project Director / HR.
Assist with worker recruitment and HR-related processes where required, including interviews, onboarding, orientation, offboarding and exit interviews.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health is the minimum requirement.
Degree / Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent.
Able to work 6 days per week, 8.00am - 6.00pm.
Comfortable being based at project sites, currently Serangoon NEX or VivoCity.
Able to conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, safety training and maintain WSH documentation.
Able to liaise effectively with contractors, subcontractors, workers and internal project teams.
Good understanding of workplace safety practices, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Able to handle both site safety and worker-related administrative matters.
