Job summary

ROUT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator to support daily site safety coordination, documentation and compliance across active projects in Singapore.

The role involves monitoring safety practices, assisting with risk assessments, PTW records, toolbox talks and site inspections, and coordinating with supervisors and workers to uphold safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WSH Coordinator certificate.
• Experience in construction or project site safety preferred.
• Able to communicate with workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Must be willing to travel to assigned project sites across Singapore.
• Able to maintain safety records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing site WSH requirements
• Conduct daily site safety checks and report unsafe conditions
• Monitor workers’ PPE compliance and safe work practices
• Assist with Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit-To-Work records
• Support toolbox meetings, safety briefings and worker training records
• Maintain safety files, attendance records, permits and inspection checklists
• Follow up on corrective actions raised during inspections
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and workers on safety matters
• Assist in incident reporting and basic investigation documentation
• Support site audits, inspections and safety campaigns
• Escalate serious or repeated safety issues to the WSHO / management

Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC)

Job Scope

We are looking for a Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator to assist in daily site safety coordination, documentation and compliance support.

The WSHC will support the WSHO and project team in maintaining safe work practices, conducting site checks and following up on safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing site WSH requirements
• Conduct daily site safety checks and report unsafe conditions

Requirements

• Able to maintain proper safety records and documentation
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to work on site and follow client / company requirements
• Good attitude and strong follow-up discipline
• Must be willing to travel to assigned project sites across Singapore based on project deployment and operational needs
