Job summary

The Public Service Division within NEA is seeking an Executive Manager for WSH Audit & Compliance to lead the assurance programme, strengthen governance, and drive data-driven improvements in workplace safety across the organisation.

You will oversee risk-based audits, develop real-time dashboards, and work with internal stakeholders to implement continuous improvements while leveraging technology to enhance WSH performance.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, codes of practice, and governing standards.
• At least 5 years' experience in WSH management, audit, risk, compliance, or governance.
• Experience planning or conducting WSH audits and analysing findings for improvements.
• Stakeholder engagement, capability development or project management is a plus.
• Registered WSH Officer (WSHO), ISO 45001 Auditor/Lead Auditor, or Specialist Diploma in WSH is advantageous.
• Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to influence across levels.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the Line 2 WSH assurance programme across Tier 1 and Tier 2 groups.
• Guide Line 1 in planning and executing audits and inspections; develop frontline capability.
• Analyse audit outcomes, identify systemic risks, and present recommendations to Senior Management.
• Develop, implement, and review WSH manuals and procedures; provide governance support.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation; pilot WSH technologies to enhance performance.
• Manage strategic partnerships with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
