Job summary

The National Environment Agency (NEA) invites applications for an Executive Manager, WSH Audit & Compliance, to lead the organisation's Line 2 WSH assurance programme. You will strengthen Line 1 governance, develop dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in WSH performance across the agency.

You will oversee audits, strengthen risk management, and provide expert WSH advisory governance support to business units, leveraging technology to enhance safety outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in WSH management, audit or governance.
• Experience planning or conducting WSH audits, inspections or assurance activities.
• Strong analytics, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Registered WSH Officer or ISO 45001 Auditor is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Line 2 WSH assurance programme through audits and inspections.
• Strengthen Line 1 governance by guiding audit planning and frontline assurance.
• Provide strategic insights from audit outcomes to support senior management decisions.
• Develop, implement and review WSH manuals and provide advisory governance support.
• Drive innovation and digital transformation in WSH using data and tech.
• Manage external consultants and internal stakeholders to strengthen assurance capability.
