Job summary

Woodlands Health is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to develop and sustain a campus-wide Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Fire Safety system. The role ensures compliance with NEA/SCDF/MOM regulations, conducts training, audits, incident reporting, and management review.

You will work with the Senior Fire Safety Manager to maintain robust safety programmes, support ground inspections and drills, and drive continuous improvement across the organization’s safety landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in WSH and Fire Safety management.
• Experience with regulatory licensing, audits, and incident follow-up.
• Strong data analysis and trend identification abilities.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Professional licensing in MOM/SCDF/NEA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustain WSH compliance and licensing framework across the campus.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain Fire Safety Programme and WSH safety system with QA cycles.
• Secretariat and coordination for Workplace Safety committees.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety rules and permit-to-work processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
