Job summary

NTUC Health Co-Operative Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) team at HQ. You will help develop and implement WSH and PAH frameworks across HQ and operating units, working with committee members to strengthen safety culture, governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating WSH/PAH policies, serving as Secretariat for the committees, overseeing incident reporting in ServiceNow, conducting risk assessments, and planning training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of WSH experience.
• Strong understanding of WSH standards, emergency preparedness, hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Experience in staff wellbeing or harassment management is advantageous.
• Data-driven, analytical, and able to work independently with good stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer organization-wide WSH and PAH policies and initiatives.
• Secretariat duties for WSH and PAH Committees, including agendas and follow-ups.
• Support incident governance and trend analysis using ServiceNow data.
• Plan training programs and awareness campaigns; assist emergency drills and crisis response.
