Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to develop and sustain a robust campus Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Fire Safety system, ensuring regulatory compliance, training, audits, and incident management. The role collaborates with the Senior Fire Safety Manager and other stakeholders to maintain a safe hospital environment.

The ideal candidate has MOM WSH certification, SCDF Fire Safety certification, and proven leadership with 4–5 years in WSH programs, capable of directing audits

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in managing organizational WSH systems (Manager level).
• Minimum 5 years in leading organizational WSH and Fire Safety systems (Senior Manager level).
• Experience coordinating with management and diverse stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sustain WSH compliance and licensing framework; address licensing issues and incident follow-up.
• Develop and sustain WSH and Fire Safety system and QA cycle, including training, inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with FSM to maintain robust Fire Safety Programme and ground inspections.
• Act as secretariat for WH Workplace and Fire Safety Committee; provide recommendations to WH senior management.
• Work with FM to ensure contractors’ compliance to WH House Rules and Permit-To-Work with proper risk assessment.
