Job summary

Abundant Productions seeks a seasoned creative lead to sculpt briefs into treatments and scripts, direct shoots, and shepherd projects from concept to final cut. You’ll be the creative anchor, pitching ideas and inspiring the team on set, in the edit suite, and everywhere in between.

You’ll lead crews and editors, present to clients and agencies, and drive projects through pre-pro, production and post, ensuring storytelling that resonates and delivers results.

Qualifications

• Has real runs on the board directing commercials/branded content.
• Strong storytelling chops beyond scripts.
• Confident on set and leading a team.
• Able to talk to clients and agencies without losing creative spine.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A compelling reel required.

About the role

You'll take briefs and turn them into treatments and scripts worth shooting, then direct the whole thing to life — on set, in the edit suite, everywhere in between. You'll be the creative anchor for our projects: pitching ideas, leading a team, and keeping clients and agencies excited about where the story's headed.
