Beach House Pictures PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Creative Director who will champion the studio’s creative standard across campaigns, films, and assets.
You’ll stay embedded through production, directing generative output with the Creative AI Producer, and deliver work at a pace faster than typical agencies. You will lead creative on pitches, translate brand strategy into production direction, and supervise internal and freelance creatives to maintain visual system consistency across
Every campaign, film, asset set and piece of design that leaves Beach House Labs carries a single creative standard, and holding that standard is the core responsibility of the Creative Director. You are the final approval gate before work reaches a client, which means the quality of everything the studio produces runs through you.
This is a hands‑on creative role, not a supervisory one. You will develop concepts and creative platforms in response to briefs and stay embedded through production, directing generative output alongside the Creative AI Producer. The studio operates at a pace and volume that most agencies do not, so you will make more creative decisions in a week here than in a month elsewhere, and you will see them realised far faster.
The work does not stay in one lane, and that is deliberate. On any given week you may be shaping a campaign platform, directing key art, or building out a brand's visual system, moving between disciplines. In this role, you will be expected to become not just proficient but a master user of our in‑house AI tools and be able to see through the creative process from end to end.
You are a career creative whose portfolio would hold up entirely on its own, regardless of the production method behind it. Your work is judged on the strength of the idea first, and that is precisely what this role protects. The greatest risk to a studio operating at this speed is not slow, careful work, it is fast, forgettable work, and holding the line against that is the real function of this position.
You are fluent enough in generative production to direct through it, not around it. You can read a reference pack, tell the difference between output worth iterating on and output that will never arrive, and reject work on creative grounds without needing to explain the model behind it. You treat these tools the way a director treats a camera package, an instrument with a point of view attached, never something to defer to or be wary of.
You have led both film and design work. The industry tends to produce specialists in one or the other, so this range is rare, and it is exactly what will let you operate across the full breadth of the role rather than a fraction of it.
You are comfortable being the most senior creative in a small studio, with no department to defer to and no layer of people between you and the work. You will be in the room with clients, in the edit, and in the detail of a key art layout, at times all in the same day.
